Base pricing for all services
Your total = Pickup Fee + (Distance × $2.75/km) + (Time × Hourly Rate if applicable).

One hour notice from pick up time is recommended.
Scheduled rides need 1 hour notice to cancel without a $30 charge. Unscheduled Rides/ASAP calls need to be cancelled within 5 minutes of booking otherwise a $30 fee will be charged.
If the driver arrives and you're not there, a full ride fee will be charged. Wait time is $2.50/minute after 5-minute grace period.
You can stop anywhere along the way but only have 5 minutes per stop unless you've used your grace period. In-transit wait time is $2.50/minute.

Distance is calculated from your pickup location to your final destination using the most efficient route. The $30 pickup fee includes the first 5km, then $2.75/km applies for additional distance.
We accept Cash and E-Transfers and Credit-cards.
We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance for standard service. For events or weekends, 24-48 hours notice is ideal. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
Please notify us at least 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees. Changes to pickup time or location may be accommodated based on availability.
Yes, all Rume drivers are fully licensed professional drivers with clean driving records. We carry commercial auto insurance that meets or exceeds provincial requirements.
